Well all was well till we got to check out. Only 2 checkers and customers lined up threw the store. One customer in line with us said that it is always like this. Waited another 10 to 15 minutes with little or no line movement. At this point I took out my phone to take pictures to send you. Mere moments after I started taking photos, miraculously multiple checkers showed up. I guess someone must have thought we were mystery shoppers...lol thanks for your time.

Employees were very helpful. Went in for a doordash order and was the second to third dasher there for a customer and asked for help and they found my exact item I was looking for in the back after 4 Employees helped walked through the store looking. I'm very pleased with the customer service as well as Employees

Return without a receipt: If you do not have a valid receipt, Academy will attempt to verify the purchase if it was made with a credit or debit card. If Academy verifies the purchase, we will give you a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment, or an even exchange of the merchandise. If Academy cannot verify the purchase, we will give you a merchandise credit equal to the item's lowest price sold within the past 90 days, or an even exchange of the merchandise.
