I am so thankful for the management at this store! I called last night (12/23/2025) to ask if they would wait for me if I arrived a few minutes after closing. I was looking for a specific safe for my LEO boyfriend's duty firearm and had already visited two gun stores in Northern Virginia without any luck. I ended up driving 55 minutes each way to this store, and they were incredibly kind, reassuring me that they would wait for me. That level of care and understanding especially during the busy holiday season is a true example of excellent customer service and now my boyfriend will have a present under the tree.
