Absolute favorite fun store ever. Purchased suppressors, dual tube night vision goggles, and a fancy lil staccato pistol. Daniel especially is hugely knowledgeable on NVGs, pistols, suppressors. Daniel and James are the main reason I keep coming back to this store as they treat you like family and will answer any question you throw at them! Will 100% come back often to purchase more optics and accessories as they also carry all the top name brands with wide selection!

I spend a lot of time On the road and stop through here on occasion as they have some pretty good products here and at a time when most WA. Gun stores don’t. I’ve bought literally thousands of dollars worth of merchandise here. Today I show up and was trying to look at a couple things before my long commute home and was being helped by one guy. Two other guys walked in, clearly they knew these guys as another guy came out as well as the guy I thought I had helping me turned their attention to them and didn’t care anything about the things I was trying to look at despite asking and waiting patiently. Finally, one of the other guys that was originally helping me told the other taller guy that I was looking for a specific GEN three slide for a G 17 and was wanting to look in there and see if we had any. As soon as it came out of his mouth, he said no we only have fours which he wasn’t clear on much and wasn’t willing to look, even though there were some of the display cases that had GEN three on them.. With that being said, I felt this way there before like they don’t really care what you have to say and give off that vibe of I’m better than you and don’t care. Even if that’s not what they really mean. I had other things that I was actually going to buy there but after that interaction, I decided it’s not worth my time and I don’t want to support businesses that operate like that. You’re really sucks because they do have a lot of cool stuff in there but the customer service is the complete other end of the spectrum.. I don’t know that I’ll be going back there as I stated above. This is not the first time I felt that way there. Maybe they will read this And Change the way they operate and impression they are given people, but until then I’ll Support other local shops that want business. The other part of this is I just heard I’m talking about how they Have been slow lately. Hope it gets figured out.
