I had 3 Henry rifles and 2 shotguns that I sent in to have the length of pulls shortened. All the guns were done very sloppy. The fit of the butt plates do not line up and they did not even bother to polish up the butt plates with some finer sand paper or polish. The wood is also chewed up and splintered in some parts. My Henry’s also have a bunch or random scratches from where I’m guessing they took them in out of a safe and banged then around. Definitely do not recommend.

I Strongly Do Not Recommend this business to anyone—especially if you want your firearm properly cleaned or serviced. If I can give a zero star I would. I brought in my Sig P365 for cleaning after exposure to salt water. I spoke with Anthony, who assured me that their cleaning service included fully disassembling the firearm and thoroughly cleaning every component. When I came to pick it up, he told me the work had been completed and everything had been cleaned thoroughly. I paid and stepped outside, but before I even reached my car, I noticed visible rust in the crevices near the red-dot mounting plate and rear sight when viewed under sunlight. I immediately brought the firearm back inside to show him the problem. He looked at it, took it to the cleaning station, and returned about 15 minutes later. After inspecting it again outside, I still noticed the rust and brought it back in for the second time. This time, Anthony seemed annoyed but eventually took the firearm back to “re-clean” it. He rubbed the surface so aggressively that the black coating was stripped off in several areas, leaving visible silver patches on the slide. At that point, I began to doubt whether the gun had ever been properly disassembled or cleaned at all—especially since obvious areas had been missed. I later learned that the person performing the service had a noticeable visual impairment, which may have affected the quality of the work. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen a different shop for such a detailed and precise task. I originally came here based on the positive online reviews, but after my experience, I can’t help but question their authenticity. Now I’ll need to take my firearm elsewhere to ensure it’s properly and safely cleaned. Bottom line: Stay away from this place. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and questionable quality of work.
