James set the tone the moment I walked in with his warm welcome and high energy — the rest of the team followed right behind him with that same great vibe. When I was checking out, Lauren or Ashley (I honestly forgot which was which 😅) did an excellent job, and the other cashier came through with the assist to encourage me to sign up for the Academy card. Although I declined, as a businessman I can always appreciate a good sales pitch — especially when it’s delivered with candor and not a transactional vibe. Even after I passed on the card, their energy stayed high and authentic. Keep up the great work, Academy!

Today was my first time at the Dunwoody location. Darryl was so patient with me, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you! If I need anything else I’ll be sure to come back.
