I called the store to ask whether sauna suits were in stock and was placed on hold for several minutes. When the employee returned, she told me the store did not have any available and mentioned she “didn’t even see it come in.” However, when I visited the store in person later, I found a sauna suit on the sales floor myself, which confirmed that the information provided over the phone was inaccurate. This indicates that the inventory or sales floor may not have been properly checked before giving a definitive answer. As a result, I relied on incorrect information and lost time. I’m sharing this so phone inventory inquiries can be handled more thoroughly and accurately in the future.

Everytime I give this store another chance instead of buying online, they continue to disappoint! Today's example. Prov1x Left Dash balls. Amazon has them for $49.99. Academy has them for $57.99. They would not price match because it was sold and shipped from Titleist and not Amazon. So in other words they don't price match Titleist either. You lost another sale today because of $8. Congratulations. When you have to close the doors because Amazon kicked your tail, remember moments like this please. You can thank the two gentlemen at the front cash registers.
