Unfortunately, this is my to go store for all my sports needs. I have bought 4 bicycles in less than a year and two of them came out defective and badly assembled. The screws were not tighten up correctly casing the bicycles to malfunction. My son was riding one of these bicycles when the handlebar became loose causing him to fall and get a scrapes and bruises. The second bicycle my husband was riding it and the pedal/crank assembly fell off. The manufacturer doesn't honor the year warranty and claims the store needs to help fix it. I'm waiting on the outcome.

Great customer service. Needed longjohns for up north. Assistance to location was superb. Check out was pleasant and professional cause they got to go through all that BS questions required nowadays. Geez

What are the Covid safety practices like here?
Answer: Employees practice COVID-19 practice. They greet you coming in and check out is rapid. Plenty of space for social distancing. COVID-19 practice by wearing mask, hand sanitizer I store, staying distances. The only negative I see is employees not using sanitizer after each customer check out

Answer: They were out yesterday. I'll be in there again today. I'll ask.

Answer: Currently, they can arrive any day Monday- Friday but it sells out within the first hour of store opening.
