An adventure in a store! Josh at the gun counter was extremely helpful in answering questions and guidance. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Would recommend.

Notorious for terrible customer service. I’ve been visiting this location for years now. Have bought 3 pistols and a bow. Last night was the first time I almost had my first good experience. Until I had to go back today to pick up my gun and was met with a nightmare. Yeah it’s the holidays sure but that doesn’t excuse the sheer incompetence of the gentleman behind the counter. They couldn’t sign in to their portal to finish my sale. They couldn’t even stick with me till I could leave. They were leaving me hanging to help others all after having to wait in line to be helped. So wait in line and then they’ll help you but will leave you hanging to help others they’re more interested in. Clown show. I’ll only deal with that again for an insane deal I can’t get anywhere else.
