This review has nothing to do with the store or employees, both are great and I always appreciate them and their help. However I would highly recommend NOT buying, ordering or transferring a firearm from this location. I ordered a pistol they happen to have from their online site and had it shipped to this location, I got the email that it was in and that I can go there to do my paperwork, once I got there there were 6 people ahead of me, I waited 45mins just to do paperwork. Once it was my turn I started the paperwork which took literally a hour and a half because of their store policies, their firearm purchase process was so complicated and made no sense, filling out store form after store form, then waiting on employees and managers to do double and triple checks on all my paperwork, more than half of it didn’t need to be done at all, half of the time was us just waiting for people to double check paperwork which took another 30/45mins because no one was available or couldn’t be found. Once that was done they said I can pick it up in 16 days, when the state requirement is only 10 (at the time of this review), so they add 6 extra days for no real reason. After 16 days I go to pick it up and again had to wait 30 mins just for them to double and triple check paperwork that was already completed. Complete waste of time. I couldn’t wait to leave. There’s no way buying a firearm should take that long and be that complicated, I buy firearms pretty regularly and every store I go to around the area you are in and out in 15/25 mins and you wait 10 days, simple and easy. Again, I would highly recommend not buying or ordering a firearm from this location or their big box outdoor stores, any other smaller shop like Bulleyes in downtown Tacoma or WGS Guns in Lakewood will be happy for your business and get you in and out with no problems and will get you taken care of, you’ll most likely even get a better deal. I’ll never buy a firearm from this location again.

Checkout clerk was pretty funny in her own rude way. Rolled her eyes and made noises as I had trouble understanding the payment process. I guess should stick with paying cash. Huge store, great selection, left only spending a couple hundred
