Academy Sports + Outdoors

The store itself is nice and clean, but the bathrooms are disguising. I had to walk the entire store to find them because I couldn’t find anyone to ask. When I found them, there was no toilet paper in any stall. No paper towels. No seat liners - nothing. All the toilets were dirty. On the way out, the only workers I saw were the cashiers, and they were busy, so I I didn’t say anything.

Never in my life have I waited so long for curbside service. 35 minutes and probably would be more if it wasn't for my husband and I to go in person and even then they still took long to look for my item. We had to get down twice. Other cars that got there at the same time we did, got their items faster than us. Went in the 2nd time and I had asked if there was someone in charge of curbside and they all looked eachother like if they didnt know what I was talking about. I will never do curbside with academy, I have better luck at walmart.
