I’m not one to make reviews, but this whole experience left me baffled. Zero stars if I could. We had ordered a grill and it came all banged up which wasn’t noticeable since it was dark. But in the light you could see the scrapes and chipping paint. We came to exchange it for one in a box, and we were told they didn’t have any since it was the most sought after product. And if we wanted another we had to wait till January 5th. Understandable, so we asked for a refund. Not even a minute later, by miracle, a truck brought a grill in its box. Knowing this whole time they had it in stock, my mom and I came a few days before and they had so many in stock. And as the guys were bringing the grill down from the truck bed, they had the audacity to be like “Is this the whole reason they brought it back?” in a mocking tone. I paid over 400 bucks so of course I want something new and not banged up. I have never done an online pick up order at this location (Pharr), Trenton would never. They definitely need better costumer service in all aspects, from manager to associate.

If I could give zero stars I would...... Horrible customer service... I bought a pair of Nike REAX here at Academy Sports. They began squeaking the second time I wore them. I took them back immediately. They refuse to give me my money back or replace them claiming that they had been worn. Again these Nike REAX give a noticeable squeak with every step on both shoes. The manager Jose Padilla was very unhelpful and did nothing to solve the problem trying to explain to me that I had worn them therefore there's nothing they could do.
